Service Conditions & Timelines

This document governs the digital marketing services provided by Logan Bruce Music LLC.

1. Service Agreement

Services will be rendered as described in a mutually signed Statement of Work. This includes scope, timelines, and deliverables. Client cooperation is essential for meeting project timelines.

2. Payment Terms

Fees are billed as outlined in the SOW. Ad spend is a separate cost managed by the client unless otherwise specified. Late payments may lead to a temporary suspension of services.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits.
